Course 4 - March 10th, 17th, 24th,  31st & April 7th. *Book this class if you are due last week of April, May/Early June 2026.

Please note, dates will be Monday nights from course 5 onwards due to venue availability. 

Course 5 - May 11th, 18th and 25th & 8th and 15th of June. Note this is a 6 week course and will be no class on Kings Birthday. *Book this course if you are due July/ August 2026.
